After the April 19 Seattle Town Hall event that featured former IOF soldier and Miss Israel 2021, Noa Cochva, several protesters told TtS that a Seattle Police officer used excessive force when they were standing in the vicinity and filming violent arrests. This officer is 38-year-old Raz Ezer, an Israeli who obtained U.S. citizenship in 2013 and is a former Marine.

Ezer is a rookie officer who graduated from SPD’s Class of 904 on February 21, 2025, and he is from Ashdod, which is the sixth largest city in occupied Palestine. TtS could not confirm that Ezer is a former IOF soldier, but he has publicly spoken in support of Israeli forces, as have family members.

Prior to moving to Washington, Ezer resided in North Carolina and California.
