A middle-aged man impersonating ICE, illegal under federal law, recently harassed a Black Transgender man in the Cedar Park neighborhood of North Lake City, and damaged his truck with a red baton flashlight.

TtS was told that neighbors who witnessed the violence had seen the perpetrator racially profiling under the guise of “patrol,” and harassing other people in the community, even calling the cops.

The impersonator is bald and was spotted wearing Jeffrey Dahmer-styled eyeglasses. He is bald and wears a cell phone strapped to his chest, likely for recording. He has blue eyes and grey stubble on his face.
