Daniel Siad, modeling agent, a key player in Epstein files

Daniel Siad, modeling agent, a key player in Epstein files
February 23, 2026

By Hannah Saunders

Deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking ring relied on young girls recruiting others under the guise of giving older men massages. But as more files have been released, Swedish modeling agent Daniel Siad was at the center of recruiting young women— specifically inexperienced models worldwide.

From at least 2010 to 2018, Siad Skype messaged Epstein on numerous occasions, discussing different models, their ages and bodies, and shared photographs. In one email dated January 21, 2010, with the subject line “here are the links the best of the best is [redacted],” that included a list of models from United Models. Another Skype message from October of 2015 shows Epstein asking about a Hungarian model that Siad was still in touch with, and added that he was actively scouting in Eastern Europe, including in Estonia and Lithuania.

“Copy of passport,” Epstein wrote on June 27, 2017.

In this conversation, Siad said he would send Epstein a copy of a model’s passport after Epstein requested a full-body shot of the woman. Epstein said the woman was “very cute,” and asked if her “boobs fake?” Siad explained how the model and her girlfriend had been staying with him for several weeks while she was seeking to sign on to a modeling agency. Epstein asked if the model wanted to come to Paris that weekend, and Siad said he would invite her.

“How many tickets do you want for woody,” Epstein wrote, and Siad replied two.

Woody Allen was also included in Skype messages with Epstein. One email from a redacted sender that included Allen asked, “Did Woody decide on the college girl?”

By August that year, Siad wrote Epstein about a French Vietnamese model who was looking for other modeling opportunities as a student. In May of 2018, Siad told Epstein that he met a French Brazilian woman he would organize a meeting with.

In another incident, a young woman’s boyfriend stole her money and invested it in the stock market, and she stayed with Siad, who he said he’d introduce to Epstein. With many of these Skype conversations between the two, Epstein regularly asks about the ages of women. Siad preyed on young models who were experiencing hardships while plotting to introduce them to Epstein for sex trafficking.

In a May 3, 2016 email with redacted sender and receiver information, the sender wrote, “Yesterday I spoke of Daniel Siad, whom [redacted] describes as a “scout” or recruiter of girls and/or women for J. Epstein.” Later reports confirmed the redacted person in the email to be Jean Luc Brunel, a French modeling scout and Epstein accomplice who died in prison in 2022.

Siad was born in Algeria and immigrated to Sweden in 1980, and little is known about his background. No public records indicate that Siad has been arrested for his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein.
