On April 19, StandWithUs Northwest will feature 27-year-old Noa Cochva, an IOF combat medic veteran and Miss Israel 2021, for its community reception dubbed “Women Warriors— On the Frontlines in Battle and in the Courtroom.” The event will take place from 6-8 p.m., with the location only available to those who purchase tickets.
Cochva is a pro-Israel influencer who spreads misinformation, like claims that Israel was not blocking humanitarian aid into Palestine. She spends much of her time modelling on social media, but throws in posts that are supportive of the genocide, and Trump’s backing of Israel.
“Noa is a fierce defender of the state of Israel, both on the battlefields of Gaza and on social media. Born and raised near Tel Aviv, she comes from a family deeply rooted in service to Israel. Her father served in the Israeli Air Force for 30 years, and her mother dedicated 16 years as a military psychologist— instilling in Noa values of strength, discipline, and unwavering commitment to her country and its people,” StandWithUs Northwest stated.
StandWithUs Northwest is a Jewish nonprofit located on Mercer Island that provides high schools and campuses, synagogues and churches, senior homes, and private venues with speaking opportunities. At the event, Carly Gammill, senior counsel and director of policy education at StandWithUs, will also be providing remarks about ways she’s supported Jewish people through legal strategies, as well as what comes next in her playbook.
The organization expects several hundred people in attendance.
